Summary: On the mark and to the point!
Comment: Sexual harassment cases and situations are very difficult. This work helps give supervisors and managers the edge. The more we understand and know about the difficulties surrounding these very unique and sensitive situations and how to handle them the less problems for everyone. Susan L. Webb is very proactive in her work. I also recommend works by victims as they can give you a sense of emotion from the view of the victim. Ultimate Power Enemy Within the Ranks is one such book. Another good book is After Silence: Rape and My Journey Back.

Books such as this serve as a valuable resource for everyone and I applaud Susan L. Webb for her great contributions.
